International Journal of Advanced Innovative Technology in Engineering (IJAITE)Heart Defect Monitoring System Using ECG Ansar Sheikh, Kalyani Raghuwanshi, Komal Mahulkar, Madhuri Dasariya, Avshali Nagpure Abstract : In Indian rural areas, about 40 percent of the population lives in poverty. Furthermore, rural residents access to nursing and diagnostic services are limited due to a lack of sophisticated healthcare-related technologies. As a result, rural residents are denied access to adequate healthcare. In this light, current technology can aid in the alleviation of their health problems. The human chest is interfaced with ECG sensing equipment, and the necessary cardiovascular data is acquired via an IoT device. These files are saved in the cloud and are accessible via MQTT and HTTP servers. This paper proposes a novel IoT-based solution for ECG monitoring systems on cardiovascular or heart patients. P, Q, R, S, and T are ECG signal parameters that are gathered, preprocessed, and forecasted to monitor cardiovascular problems for future health management. The relevance of ECG signal characteristics and error rate is determined using a machine learning system. The logistic regression model suited the train and test data with the best agreement. The prediction was made to see how PQRST quality varies and how well it fits into the ECG Monitoring System. When the values of quality factors are taken into account, satisfactory outcomes are attained. In the future, the suggested IoT-based ECG system minimizes the cost of health care and the complexity of cardiovascular disorders. Keywords :
