Abstract :

This abstract introduces a specialized double shaft shredder machine tailored for the efficient processing of electronic waste (e-waste). Featuring dual rotating shafts with precision-engineered blades, the shredder excels in disassembling complex electronic components into smaller fragments, facilitating subsequent recycling processes. With a focus on addressing the unique challenges posed by e-waste, such as diverse materials and varying sizes, the machine offers a versatile solution for sustainable e-waste management. Its robust design ensures reliable performance in deep e-waste applications, contributing to the responsible disposal and recovery of valuable resources from electronic products. Through rigorous simulation and testing, the proposed twin shredder machine demonstrates superior efficiency and effectiveness in reducing e-waste into manageable fragments, thereby contributing to sustainable waste management practices.
