Review on Industrial Material Handling Stacker

Abstract :

The paper illustrates various factors and design parameters implemented on our lifter. The lifter features a high-performance lead screw operated gripper. The 3 DOF end effector is designed with specific configuration to provide considerable advantage in different phases of production. Material handling is the process of transportation of raw materials, processed goods in various phases of production and warehousing. To remain competitive companies must achieve customer satisfaction and reduce production costs. Material Handling Systems (MHS) play a crucial role in impacting production, making them pivotal in reaching this objective. Hence, this study aimed to create an effective in-house MHS specifically tailored to optimize the associated production processes.
