International Journal of Advanced Innovative Technology in Engineering (IJAITE)Security System with Passcode Control Lock Anuprita Linge, Kanhaiya Awasya, Manjusha Nandpatel, Ashwini Dofe, Kanchan Sunkarwar, Dhammadip Nagrale, Lokesh Tirale Abstract : This project presents a comprehensive home security system that integrates keypad authentication, motion detection, and GSM-based notification. The system utilizes an Arduino Uno, GSM module, Keypad Board 4x3, Display 16x2, Buzzer, Servo Motor, Resistor, I2C, and PIR sensor to provide a secure and automated home security solution. The system requires a password to be entered on the keypad to unlock the door. If the password is correct, the servo motor unlocks the door, and an SMS is sent to the owners mobile number. After 10 seconds, the door locks, and another SMS is sent. The PIR sensor detects any motion and triggers the buzzer to sound for 10 seconds, and an alert SMS is sent to the owners mobile number. The display shows the status of the system, including Door Unlocked or Motion Detected. The buzzer sounds when the password is entered incorrectly, when motion is detected, or when the door is unlocked or locked. This project provides a secure and convenient home security solution, allowing homeowners to receive notifications and control the system remotely. It is an ideal project for those interested in home automation, security, and IoT applications. Keywords :
