Labour Service On Keypad

Abstract :

The current Scenario in India, shows the labour shortage problem face by farmers. While the labour facing the issue of low wages, unemployment. This study aims to analyse and form the strategy to overcome the labour shortage and unemployment problem in India. One of the strategies is used to resolve the problem is to implement communication service and web application that will reduce the communication gap between farmers and agriculture labourers. The farmers can efficiently search for labour and vice versa by using a toll-free number or web application. This service implementation will be expanded to various sectors such as plumbers, electricians, building constructors etc.
