Smart Parking System

Abstract :

The project entitled Smart Parking System” presents an IoT-based smart parking system that provides an optimal solution for the parking problem in metropolitan cities. This project is a trial to automate major processes of manual Car Parking Systems including availability checking of a car through sensor signal output. This technique is meant for Multiple Dwelling Units, offices, colleges, Malls, Cinema theatres, Airports, train depots, and plenty more where there is a requirement for a systematic parking reservation of vehicles. In India administrators, users, and government authorities face many difficulties due to the lack of a proper car parking system. In this project, solutions have been provided to the problems encountered during parking a vehicle at commercial parking lots. This problem has been resolved using Smart Parking System. This Parking Reservation System is an access control and automatic Reservation system that gives an ID-based parking slot system using a web-based application.
